How do I download the Music to my iTunes/iPod?

1. When you click on the download link, your computer will ask where you'd like to save the zip file. One easy way to do this is to save it directly to your desktop.

2. Copy the zip file to your iTunes directory, usually My Documents/My Music/iTunes/iTunes Music. Use Winzip (www.winzip.com) to unzip your folder in this new file location. There should now be a new folder in the iTunes music directory.

3. Open iTunes on your computer, and choose the option "Add Folder To Library" from the File menu. From the pop-up, browse to the folder that you just created in the My Documents/My Music/iTunes/iTunes music directory. Click OK.

4. Your download is now part of your iTunes library and you can copy the music to your iPod as you normally would.

What format is the download in?

You will download a .ZIP file which contains the .MP3 format file (encoded at 320 kpbs).

My download will not start?

If the download will not start, make sure you have disabled any download manager systems.

What happens if my download suddenly stops?

Your internet connection may have dropped out or there may be some disturbance on the phone line. If this happens you will need to close the original download and start again.

When I try and open the file it says: "the compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted."

There may have been some type of disturbance when the file was download; delete the corrupted file and download the songs again.

I keep getting this error: Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive.

Almost always, discarding the damaged file and downloading a new copy will correct this problem.

I have downloaded the songs but can't seem to find them?

The files will have been saved in your download default folder; if you are unable to find this folder on your system try conducting a search of all your files in your folders.

My computer is unable to open the file?

The songs will download as a Zip file. Most computers now have zip software as part of the operating system; if your computer does not, you can download a free trial version here.
